The Minnesota Business Aviation Association (MBAA) has named Jessica Belcher its new Executive Director. Belcher is the marketing manager for Exclusive Aircraft Sales and a longtime member and volunteer of the association. She is a regular at local aviation events including Business Aviation Day, Girls In Aviation Day, and the Minnesota Maintenance Conference. Belcher has held leadership roles in Women in Aviation International, and the International Aircraft Dealers Association’s NextGen young professionals. She is currently Chairing the National Business Aviation Association’s Local and Regional Groups Committee.
