Pilotsmith has announced plans to expand its Cirrus flight training capabilities with the addition of the RealSim SR7x Pro Package, featuring future upgradeability for augmented reality.
The new package is designed to complement Pilotsmith’s existing Cirrus training curriculum by providing pilots with a more immersive and realistic training environment. Beyond learning and practicing avionics workflows, the RealSim SR7x Pro Package offers the opportunity for pilots to fly to and from virtually any airport while operating in varying weather conditions, executing real-world instrument procedures, and interacting with simulated air traffic control services. The realistic environment allows students to build confidence and sharpen their skills in a safe, controlled setting.
Pilotsmith plans to incorporate into its Part 141 Instrument Rating program and is seeking FAA approval to offer the enhanced training curriculum. Once approved, the program will be available to both career-focused pilots pursuing professional aviation careers and private pilots looking to advance their instrument flying skills.
