2nd Annual Aviation Career Day and Fly-In
Rock Falls (KSQI), Illinois
The Whiteside County Airport will be holding our 2nd Annual Aviation Career Day and Fly-In on September 22, 2018, from 10am - 3pm.  The purpose of this event is a grassroots effort to inspire the next generation of aviators and aviation professionals.  From mechanics to air traffic controllers, to pilots and everything in between.  Our first year was a success, but one thing we came to realize was that the spark for aviation starts at a much younger age, but can also develop later in life as well.  Therefore, this year, we will be opening it up to all ages to the event and will be free to the public well as to exhibitors. The online link to more information about our event is www.whitesidecountyairport.org/careerday.
