2026 AAA/APM Homecoming Fly-in

Each year, over Labor Day Weekend, the Antique Airplane Association (AAA) and the Air Power Museum (APM) welcome old and new friends to the greatest antique airplane get-together anywhere. This is a closed, private event open only to AAA members and their guests. Preregistration on AAA’s website https://antiqueairfield.com/fly-in/ is highly recommended. Nonmembers can join online.

The annual AAA/APM Blakesburg fly-in offers just about everything antique airplane aficionados could want. What you won’t find is: TSA, a control tower, scheduled airshows, or night operations, because after sunset, when the 1930s airway beacon lights up, it’s time to sit with friends—and a beverage of your choice—to gaze into the night sky at millions of stars where the ghosts in that biplane keep the legends alive and flying at Antique Airfield, Blakesburg, Iowa, in the Twenty-first Century.
