MADISON, WIS. – Mark Papko has been named Director of Dane County Regional Airport (KMSN), bringing experience from several major airports. Papko was most recently the Director of Operations and Projects at Duluth International Airport, a role he held since 2020. There, he oversaw a $200 million capital improvement plan and led environmental compliance efforts related to stormwater and PFAS mitigation in coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. His career also includes roles at Grand Junction Regional Airport, San Jose International Airport, and Chicago O’Hare International Airport. In 2013, Papko began his professional connection to Dane County Regional Airport as an airport operations intern.
