Oshkosh, Wis. – The Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame is offering five scholarships in 2014, two of which will be offered for the first time: the “Jeff Baum Scholarship” and the “Robert Payzer Memorial/EAA Chapter 640 Scholarship.”
The Jeff Baum Scholarship is a $250 award, established by Avfuel Corporation, to recognize Baum for his outstanding commitment, leadership, and passion for everything aviation. The Baum scholarship will be directed to those pursuing a career in aviation business management. The $500 Robert Payzer Memorial/EAA Chapter 640 Scholarship began in 2013 when the EAA chapter elected to recognize former member Robert Payzer. Students in any aviation or aerospace discipline will be considered for the Payzer scholarship.
