Pilots are invited to put their precision flying skills to the test during the 14th Annual Spot Landing Contest at Milwaukee’s Timmerman Airport (KMWC) on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
The competition begins at 10:00 a.m., with a mandatory safety briefing required for all participants. Pilots will compete to see who can land closest to a designated line on the runway, with the top three finishers earning gift card prizes.
Participation in the event is free, and all attendees will be treated to a complimentary lunch, making the contest a popular gathering for pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and members of the local flying community.
The annual event is sponsored by Spring City Aviation and Timmerman Airport.
Advance registration is required by Sunday, August 9. Pilots interested in competing can register online prior to the deadline.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your landing skills or simply enjoy a day at the airport with fellow aviators, the Timmerman Airport Spot Landing Contest promises a fun and friendly competition for pilots of all experience levels.
